1. How does your toll-free TeleConference service work?
LiveOffice provides an on-demand toll-free TeleConference service to host TeleConferences anytime, anywhere—no reservations are required. Once you open your account, you'll receive a toll-free (1-800) dial-in number, a six-digit TeleConference bridge code for participants to join your TeleConferences and a security PIN code for yourself (the host). Hosting a toll-free TeleConference is as easy as dialing the telephone.
2. How are toll-free TeleConference minutes counted?
Toll-free TeleConference minutes are calculated by minute, per user. Example: Five participants on a TeleConference for five minutes equals 25 minutes.
3. Is there a limit to how many toll-free TeleConferences I can host?
No, you can host an unlimited number of toll-free TeleConferences. If you require more access codes to support multiple toll-free TeleConferences concurrently, LiveOffice will create them by request at no additional cost. Request Additional Toll-free TeleConference Codes
4. How many guests can attend a single toll-free TeleConference?
Currently there's a maximum capacity of 250 people per TeleConference. Only 50 participants have speaking rights at any given time during a toll-free TeleConference. To allow additional toll-free TeleConference participants to speak, use the Mute/Unmute feature.
5. How long can my toll-free TeleConferences last?
TeleConference duration is limited to six hours per call.
6. Are contracts or minimum commitments required?
No, you pay only for the minutes you use with our pay-per-use plan. If you select one of our volume-discount plans for lower per minute rates, you are billed on a 30-day recurring monthly cycle beginning the day your account is opened. You can cancel anytime by sending an email to LiveOffice.
7. Can international callers participate in my toll-free TeleConference?
Yes, in addition to providing toll-free access to residents of the 50 United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, LiveOffice TeleConferencing also provides you with an international toll number, allowing international callers to dial in and join your TeleConferences.
8. Is this an "Internet phone call?"
No, LiveOffice TeleConferencing requires only a telephone for participants to join your toll-free TeleConferences.
9. Can I record my toll-free TeleConference and listen to it later?
Yes, you can start recording anytime during your toll-free TeleConference by pressing (5) then (*) on your telephone keypad. The recording is saved in an MP3 file for downloading, podcasting and audio streaming.

If you select one of our volume-discount plans for lower per-minute rates, you are billed on a 30-day recurring monthly cycle beginning the day you open your account. Detailed reports and your payment history are archived on our website, http://teleconference.liveoffice.com, so you can review your account activity anytime.
12. What is the one-time $5.00 validation fee for (charged only with pay-per-use accounts)?

13. Where is my toll-free TeleConference account email confirmation?
Your email confirmation is sent within five minutes of signing up for an account. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your junk mail folder – the word "free" in the text may cause it to reroute there. If you still can't find it, please call our TeleConferencing team at (800) 251-3863, we'll gladly resend it.
14. I can't log in. What's wrong?
