2. How do I end my toll-free TeleConference? Your toll-free TeleConference will end when you (the host) hang up the telephone or click the End Conference button in the Web Manager.*

If you enable Call Continuation by pressing (3) then (*) during your toll-free
TeleConference, the call will end when the last participant hangs up their telephone.
3. How do I get a participant onto my toll-free TeleConference? If you have already started your toll-free TeleConference, a participant can join by simply dialing the TeleConference number and entering
your six-digit bridge number when prompted.
If your toll-free TeleConference has not started, participants have two options after they call the toll-free dial-in number and enter your
TeleConference bridge number:
Press any key to wait for the moderator in a muted state for up to eight minutes. If participants exceed the wait-time limit, they
are prompted to confirm their meeting time and call back then.
Hang up and call back at a later time.
You can also dial out to your toll-free TeleConference participants using our Web Manager feature.
NOTE:
To dial out using the Web Manager, the participant you are calling must have a
direct line within the United States.
4. Can I record my toll-free TeleConference? Yes, you can record your toll-free TeleConference by pressing (5) then (*) on your telephone keypad anytime during your conference call. Please see our

5. Where do I find my toll-free TeleConference recording after my call concludes? Your toll-free TeleConference recordings are available to preview and download through our Web Manager a minimum of 90 minutes after your toll-free TeleConference concludes.

9. Which features can participants use on a toll-free TeleConference? Using their telephone keypads, your toll-free TeleConference participants can self-mute (or unmute) by pressing (4) then (*) and virtually
raise or lower their hands by pressing (5) then (*). Raised and lowered hands are visible to the host from the Web Manager.
10. Can I have guest speakers on my toll-free TeleConference and mute everyone else? Yes, you can give your guest speakers or co-moderators a separate five-digit guest speaker code, which will keep their individual line from
being muted by the host's Mute All feature. You can change the five-digit code after each call for security purposes. Guest speakers must
join as a participant, then press 88* on their telephone keypad before entering the five-digit code you provide them. You will find this
code on the right-hand side of your computer screen once you have logged into your account.
LiveOffice also offers advanced conference management options from the web, including individual caller muting/unmuting and a hand-raising
feature for question-and-answer sessions.
11. Can participants call in prior to my toll-free TeleConference's start time and wait? Your participants can dial in up to eight minutes prior to the host accessing the TeleConference. They are placed on hold and muted until
the host joins the call. If the waiting time is exceeded, the participant is prompted to confirm the TeleConference time and call back then.
