Toll-free TeleConference Recording

1. How do I record my toll-free TeleConference?
You can start recording anytime during your toll-free TeleConference by pressing (5) then (*) on your telephone keypad. The recording is saved in an MP3 file for downloading, podcasting and audio streaming.
2. Where do I find my toll-free TeleConference recordings?
Your toll-free TeleConference recordings are available to preview and download through our Web Manager a minimum of 90 minutes after your toll-free TeleConference concludes.

To access the Web Manager and your toll-free TeleConference recording(s):
  1. Go to http://teleconference.liveoffice.com
  2. Select Client Login and login with your username and password. Forgot Your Password?

  3. Select the Call Recordings tab in the Web Manager.
  4. Select the bridge number that corresponds to your toll-free TeleConference recording(s).
3. How do I download my toll-free TeleConference recordings?
  1. Go to http://teleconference.liveoffice.com
  2. Select Client Login and login with your username and password. Forgot Your Password?

  3. Select the Call Recordings tab in the Web Manager.
  4. Select the bridge number that corresponds to your toll-free TeleConference recording(s).
  5. Right click on the Launch icon (see example below) and select Save Target As.
  6. Select where you would like to save the file.
  7. Once saved, you can send the MP3 file as an attachment.
NOTE:
For FireFox users, right click on the Launch icon and select Save Link As..
4. Why haven't my toll-free TeleConference recordings appeared yet?
Your toll-free TeleConference recordings will appear on your Recordings page once they are converted to MP3 files. This will take a minimum of 90 minutes after your call concludes.
5. What does each button on the recordings administration page do?
RSS = Podcast
Script = HTML tags to post recordings on your website
Launch = opens your default audio player
Play button = plays directly in window

6. Can I listen to my toll-free TeleConference recordings over the phone?
Toll-free TeleConference recordings are not currently available through dial-in access, but LiveOffice plans to offer this feature soon. In the meantime, you can listen to your toll-free TeleConference recordings on our website, through a streaming button or via a podcast. If you want your participants to have access to the recording, be sure to make it public using our Web Manager feature.
7. How do I podcast my toll-free TeleConference recordings?
  1. Go to http://teleconference.liveoffice.com
  2. Select Client Login and login with your username and password. Forgot Your Password?

  3. Select the Call Recordings tab in the Web Manager.
  4. Select the bridge number that corresponds to your toll-free TeleConference recording(s).
  5. Click on the RSS icon (see example below) next to the recording you wish to podcast, which will open another window to show you how to create your podcast.
8. When and how long will my toll-free TeleConference recordings be available online?
Your toll-free TeleConference recordings will appear on your Recordings page a minimum of 90 minutes after your toll-free TeleConference concludes. Recordings will remain available for a minimum of 30 days.
9. In what format are my toll-free TeleConference recordings saved?
Your toll-free TeleConference recordings are saved in MP3 files for superior audio quality and flexible playback options.
10. How do I enter a podcast into iTunes?
  1. Open iTunes
  2. Click on Advanced
  3. Select Subscribe to Podcast
  4. Paste your podcast URL into the field
  5. Click OK
  6. Your podcast will download MP3 recordings available for you to play
11. How do I delete one of my toll-free TeleConference recordings?
  1. Go to http://teleconference.liveoffice.com
  2. Select Client Login and login with your username and password. Forgot Your Password?

  3. Select the Call Recordings tab in the the Web Manager.
  4. Select the bridge number that corresponds to your toll-free TeleConference recording(s).
  5. Click on the recording title you want to delete.
  6. In the Recording Editor window, check the box next to Delete and click Save to remove your TeleConference recording.
