2. What options does the toll-free TeleConference Web Manager support? You can control your toll-free TeleConference call in real time from the Web Manager. Click on each option in the Conference Controls box to
enable or disable management controls over your toll-free TeleConference.
Web Manager controls include:

Unmute All—Unmute your participants (up to 50 callers).
End Conference Recording—Disable call recording and complete the creation of that MP3 file.
Enable Name Announce—Require participants to record their name before joining the call.
Disable Name Announce—Disable Name Announce and let participants join the conference call anonymously.
Enable Conference Call Continuation—Continue the call after the moderator leaves the conference.
Disable Conference Call Continuation—Disable Call Continuation, so your conference call ends when the moderator disconnects from the call.
Lock Conference—Restrict new participants from joining the conference call.
Unlock Conference—Unlock the conference call, so new participants can join.
Lower All Hands—Lower all raised hands on your Web Manager page.
Log Out—Log off the moderator from the Web Manager.
Mute/Unmute Individual Caller—Check or uncheck the box next to each caller’s name in the Muted column of the Web Manager to control individual talk/listen access to your conference call. An unchecked box allows the caller to speak on the call, and a checked box will mute the caller.
Lower Hand—Double click on a participant's raised hand icon, and it will disappear. (Conference call participants can signal the host to ask a question at any time during the call by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypads to virtually raise their hands. The conference call host can unmute each caller if necessary, allow them to ask their question and then lower their hand.)
3. What toll-free TeleConference participant details are listed in the Web Manager?
Muted—Mute/unmute participants by checking or unchecking the box next to their names.
Raised Hand—View your participants’ raised hands on your Web Manager page. Participants can press (5) then (*) on their telephone keypad to virtually raise their hand from a muted state, letting you know they have a question. You can then unmute the selected caller, allowing them to speak to the group and ask their question.
Name—Click Add Name to label a participant's phone number by name.
Number—Display each participant's dial-in number.
Type—Display title of each participant, showing their role within the conference call.
Status—Check to see whether or not a participant is connected on the call.
Join Time—Display the time each participant joined the conference call.
Leave Time—Display the time each participant left the conference call.
Connected—Display who is connected to your conference call, with the ability to disconnect any participant individually.
5. How do I unmute only one participant on my toll-free TeleConference? Uncheck the muted check box next to any participant name on your Web Manager page to unmute an individual caller.
6. How do participants raise their hands during my toll-free TeleConference? TeleConference participants can press (5) then (*) on their telephone keypads to raise their hands. A hand (see example below) will appear
next to the participant’s name on your Web Manager page.
7. How do I lower a raised hand during my toll-free TeleConference? Double click on the participant’s raised hand icon (in Web Manager), and it will disappear.
8. Can I label or name one or more of my toll-free TeleConference participants listed in the Web Manager? Yes, click on the Edit Name field to assign a label or name to the dial-in number of any participant.
NOTE:
Select Remember Me if you’d like the participant name(s) to appear during future TeleConferences.
9. How do I dial out to my toll-free TeleConference participants? You can dial out to your toll-free TeleConference participants using our Web Manager feature.
To dial out using Web Manager, enter the participant’s direct line (US only) into the form at the bottom right of the Web Manager and click
Dial Participant. The system will call the participant, and if answered, prompt them to press any key on their telephone keypad to connect
to the TeleConference.
10. How do I change the time zone? To change the time zone, click on the drop down menu and select the time zone you prefer. By default, the time zone is set to PST
(Pacific Standard Time).
11. How do I manage a question-and-answer session on my toll-free TeleConference? Our custom web controls allow the toll-free TeleConference host to mute everyone on the call and allow participants to virtually raise their
hands by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypads. A raised hand will display next to each caller’s name in the Web Manager, enabling
the host to uncheck the mute box and allow them to speak.
If a question has already been asked and answered, a participant can virtually lower their hand by pressing (5) (*) on their telephone
keypad again. The host can also lower a hand by double clicking on it in the Web Manager. The host can then mute the participant by rechecking
their mute box in the Web Manager.
