1. Can I record my toll-free TeleConference? Yes, you can record your toll-free TeleConference by pressing (5) then (*) on your telephone keypad anytime during the your conference call.
2. Can my toll-free TeleConference continue if I (the host) must leave early? Yes, if the host must leave early, TeleConferences can continue if the host presses (3) then (*) on his or her telephone keypad to enable the
Call Continuation feature, keeping the TeleConference open until the last caller hangs up. Otherwise, all callers are disconnected when the
host hangs up.
3. Can I turn off the new entry tone? Yes. By default, the toll-free TeleConferencing system will announce new TeleConference guests with an audio tone. The TeleConference host
can press (9) then (*) on his or her telephone keypad anytime during the TeleConference to disable the tone announcing new callers.
4. Can my toll-free TeleConference attendees mute their own phones when they are not speaking? Yes, toll-free TeleConference guests can self-mute their lines by pressing (4) then (*) on their telephone keypads. A caller can regain talking
rights by repeating the (4) then (*) selection.
NOTE:
Guests cannot unmute their lines if the TeleConference host enables the Mute Entire Conference feature.
5. Can I have my toll-free TeleConference guests announce themselves before joining the call? Yes, you can enable Name Announce by pressing (6) then (*) on your telephone keypad at the start of your toll-free TeleConference. Each
participant is asked to record their name prior to joining the TeleConference.
6. Will everyone hear the Name Announce feature if it is enabled? Yes, you and your toll-free TeleConference guests will hear the Name Announce recordings as each new participant joins the TeleConference.
7. Do I need to enable Name Announce for Roll Call to work? Yes, Name Announce must be enabled during your toll-free TeleConference for Roll Call to work. Once the feature is selected, Roll Call
plays the recorded names of each participant in succession.
8. Do all my toll-free TeleConference guests hear the Roll Call announcement? No, only the toll-free TeleConference host hears the Roll Call when enabled.
9. Can I lock my toll-free TeleConference? Yes, the toll-free TeleConference host can elect to lock the TeleConference to block new participants from joining the call. To lock
your toll-free TeleConference, press (2) then (*) on your telephone keypad. Repeat the command to unlock your toll-free TeleConference
and allow new participants to join your call.
10. How do I know how many callers are on my toll-free TeleConference? Press (8) then (*) on your telephone keypad to get your toll-free TeleConference Attendee Count, which tells you how many callers are on
your call at that exact moment.
